Some members of the national assembly's education committee are now demanding the resignation of education Cabinet Secretary Professor Jacob Kaimenyi over his alleged mishandling of the controversial laptops for schools tender which was cancelled by the public procurement appeals review board, Tuesday. The committee is accusing Kaimenyi of authorizing the cancelled tendering process, after the appeals board found the tender award to indian firm olive technologies questionable.
